Refund and Returns Policy

At Defense Munitions, we strive to provide high-quality pistols, revolvers, and ammunition to our customers. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, with limited exceptions for defective or damaged items. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to federal regulations and safety concerns, we do not offer refunds or returns on:

  • Firearms (pistols & revolvers)

  • Ammunition

  • Firearm accessories (holsters, magazines, grips, etc.)

  • Customized or special-order items

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please ensure that you verify all details before completing your purchase.

3. Returns for Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a replacement or store credit under the following conditions:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Items must remain unused, in their original packaging, and include all components.

  • Clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect must be provided.

  • We will assess the claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

How to Report a Damaged or Defective Item

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a detailed description.

  3. Wait for our approval and return instructions before sending any item back.

  4. If approved, we will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged products.

4. Shipping & Handling Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If a return is approved, we will issue a return shipping label for defective or incorrect items only.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for any non-defective items mistakenly approved for return.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee modifications after processing.

6. Compliance with Laws

  • All firearm and ammunition purchases are subject to state and federal regulations. If an order is delayed or canceled due to legal restrictions, Defense Munitions is not responsible for any losses.

  • If an item is returned due to a failed background check or inability to transfer ownership, the customer is subject to a 25% restocking fee and responsible for return shipping costs.

We understand that unforeseen issues may arise. If you believe you have a special case that requires an exception to this policy, please contact our Customer Support Team. Each case will be reviewed individually, and decisions will be made at our discretion.
