1. Shipping Policy

At Defense Munitions, we ensure fast, secure, and reliable shipping for all orders of pistols, revolvers, and ammunition. Please read our shipping guidelines carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We only ship within the United States and do not process international orders.

  • Firearms can only be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. Customers must provide a valid FFL transfer dealer’s information before processing the order.

  • We do not ship ammunition to states where it is prohibited by law, including but not limited to California, New York, Illinois, and Washington, D.C.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to know and comply with their local and state laws regarding firearm and ammunition purchases.

Shipping Times & Costs

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Firearms shipments may take additional processing time due to legal requirements and FFL verification.

  • Orders over $500 qualify for free shipping (exclusions may apply).

  • Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or regulatory holds.

2. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, with limited exceptions for damaged or defective items.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Firearms (pistols & revolvers)

  • Ammunition

  • Firearm accessories (holsters, magazines, grips, etc.)

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless deemed defective.

Returns for Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a replacement or store credit under the following conditions:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Items must remain unused, in original packaging, and include all components.

  • Clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect must be provided.

  • We will assess the claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

How to Request a Return for a Defective Item

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a detailed description.

  3. Wait for our approval and return instructions before sending any item back.

  4. If approved, we will cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged products.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

  • If an order is canceled due to a failed background check or an FFL transfer rejection, the customer is subject to a 25% restocking fee and is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Compliance with Laws

  • All firearm and ammunition purchases are subject to federal, state, and local laws.

  • If an order is delayed or canceled due to legal restrictions, Defense Munitions is not responsible for any losses.
